There’s no other secret but to do the effort, have the discipline to keep your exercise routine every day. Sacrifice at least ten minutes of pleasure and dedicate them to move your body. It will pay off, I promise. Of course you have to balance exercise with healthy food, too.
This app allows you to keep your motivation by checking in everyday and complete your habits and routines. That helps a lot when I don’t have the strength, just to see that little square checked is what pushes me through it to get it done.
