Do you find it difficult to stay with an exercise routine?

For a while I did, but then I switched my focus from intensity to consistency. I set a fairly easy and attainable goal and then once i was regularly accomplishing that I added on to the goal and now I’ve built up to a routine with the intensity level I had been aiming for and the consistency I hadn’t been able to have. It’s a lot like what this app does with starting with small attainable goals.
