By going to the gym or doing some sports like volley. Being active makes me organise my time more effectively and gives me more energy for every other task that I have to do.

Just come back on a holiday so you can get used to working or go to school/work and wake up early meditate exercise go on a walk and be ready early so you can get used to a normal life
