What kind of exercise do you choose for your morning routine?

High speed high incline treadmill to reach 200cal, then I'll decrease the speed and the incline and continue for 20 min. I'll end my workout with a 10 min stretching. I always feel energetic and happy ready to start my day

So to be honest my exercises are base on what I left off doing the night before the morning. But I won’t workout to extremely at all. Because during the night I go train for boxing so… a lot of the time my morning exercises are basically stamina control , body control and cardio.
