What do you eat before/after your workout? I keep trying to eat my usual breakfast, which is pretty healthy, but it makes me feel sick.

I usually workout in the evening. But in case of mornings I'll have green tea and egg before working out, followed by other activities and then breakfast after 30mins of workout.

What I would usually eat is an energy bar and an apple and after then eat something really healthy so you feel full and stay healthy. Don’t forget lots of water.

I typically have a protein shake before I work out then after I work out I cool down before I try to eat anything. Once I do eat I try to eat something like bacon eggs and sausage after I've cooled down. However, I am on a low carb high fat and protein diet.
