When your mind is saying I will do it later give him the pleasure of becoming healthy and everyone is noticing you that your body is changed and now you are looking great when you keep imagining then with a high motivation get up from where you are sitting and start counting And go and that's all done!

You can change your identity like I do, ask yourself what would a fit person would do ?

You don't have to go hard on yourself, you can start slow like one pushup or one squat aim for the small wins because the thousand mile journey starts with a step
