You have a certain amount of pages, or a time limit when you read or do you just binge?
When it comes to reading, it’s essential to find a balance that works for you. Setting a specific number of pages or a time limit can help create a consistent reading habit, making it easier to incorporate into your daily routine. However, some people thrive on binge reading, especially when they find a book they love. Consider alternating between structured reading sessions and more spontaneous binge sessions to keep your habit enjoyable and sustainable. The key is to create a reading ritual that aligns with your goals and lifestyle.
Honestly, I find it better to start with a set number of pages, so you can take breaks whenever you want and quantify how much you’ve read and how long it took you to read. With time though, you get so interested in the book (me personally) that then you find yourself reading more in a shorter time span.
