For a quick exercise i suggest you to choose a playlist of your favourite songs that hipe you up and make you feel good . And then while you make your bed in the morning play the playlist and start moving here snd there just move your body and dance it doesn't have to be a strict exercise to feel produtive and doing well . I recommend this and good luck . you got this.
