Tweak it slightly have a healthier version or something better for less fat but more substantial. Make your own healthy version or have fish and mushy peas instead of the chips!

The worst thing you can do is build an unhealthy relationship with food so be sure to honour your cravings and remember there are no ‘bad’ foods and everything in moderation is ok. Restricting yourself will only make you feel worse so be sure to listen to your body 🙂
