Just by making yourself a routine can help like writing it all down. As soon as I wake up I have drink water from a glass/bottle next to my bed. I do a quick few minutes of some sort of exercise and then have a filling breakfast.

I often drink a glass of water when getting up to purify my intestinal system, so can make it work better and i feel more conscious and stronger. I can feel it after a short time i drink.

Hi๐Ÿ™‚ First thing after getting up I drink water and eat well balanced breakfast loaded with good proteins I drink some tea…I have got a nice one with cranberries guarana and yerba mate…Normal tea is good too I put some lemon and spoon of honey ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿ™‚ That's it really ๐Ÿ˜ƒ I never use any supplements or vitamins… trying to get them from food… plenty of veggies and some fruit is great ๐Ÿ˜‰

The minute i wake up I drink a glass of water and then i do 10-30minutes yoga depending on how much time i feel like doing, usually followed by 5-10 min. meditation with affirmations. 10 minutes for me are enough to energize and wake up my mind and body. You can find lots of morning yoga videos online for free there's variety in duration and types of yoga.

I begin to energize the body with some walking which gets your heart pumping fast and wakes up the body. It depends on the person how fast it can happen. For me itโ€™s about 5-7 minutes but itโ€™s really depends on the person. Have a great day! ๐Ÿ™‚

Hi there, I energize my body by drinking lots of water, working out even if itโ€™s just a walk on a daily basis and getting at least 7 hours of sleep
