Meditation is important to me for various reasons. First off, they are able to calm me down when I am stressed and it gives me a way to cope during stressful times. Another thing I wanted to add is that it gives me a moment to be mindful and live in the present; if I am not feeling too great and I am focusing on my future or the past, I can meditate and focus on the here and now and also know that there is so much in my life to be thankful for. I love to use the Shine app as it has so many guided meditations that help me to reflect on myself and my habits; they are so calming. I hope this helps!🧘🏼♀️

Meditation is important to me because it shows me how to calm down after a situation, it makes me feel good and better because it makes me really focus on the bad thoughts and makes me think about how I can make a change to that and focus on the positive side of the bad stuff.

I don’t use to meditate but I should to! I think It could give me peace and relaxation. Giving me time, for myself, self-caring and concentrating myself into want I really want maybe ?

It kind of makes me go into my own small world for a while. It gives me a chance to focus on myself for a few minutes and afterwards i am more willing to give more of myself to others.
