Which exercise is better: yoga or a cardio workout?

In my opinion yoga is better. You don't need to be an athlete, just be motivated and kind of flexible. It's less tiring but not least efficient.

It depends on what are your goals and how you like to train.
Cardio is going to make you lose more weight because of the intensity and the movement but yoga is very good even with slow and focus movement your are going to gain muscle and strengthen your body.
It's up to you, you can also combine both of them in the week.
Try both of them and see which one you prefer.

For your health is great both yoga is better streching realises stress and helps calming nerves also your muscels will be flexible, cardio is more for strenghting up your muscels and for losing weight i think both are awesome i dont think something is better or worse i think you should pick What you want to achieve more also if your exercise in the morning the yoga will give you warm welcoming feeling for the day and cardio will give you adrenaline and wake you up from sleepiness

Whatever makes you feel the best! For me it’s both. I like to do yoga in the mornings to help stretch my muscles for the day ahead and then a short run or walk in the afternoon (:
