When you stretch do you feel where you are stretching with you’re hand?

I feel my hands reaching for the stars and its actually in my mind where i target the part of my body i am led to stretch out until the senstional relief is reached when i hit the targeted spot. So in short no i do not feel where im stretching with my hand. Its a mind thing with me.
