When is the best time to sneak in a meditation on a busy day?

You should meditate when your mind is free and your body is relaxed. Your room should be darker than the normal so choose a moment in the evening after dinner, because you must concentrate on your feelings and you must not be distracted. In order to do it, go to the toilet BEFORE getting started and make sure to drink too. You can also open the windows so that you can hear every single noise and meditate on it. Then close the door, sit on your bed or a chair and close your eyes. You know you can stop meditating when you start to feel more relaxed, both from a physical and mental point of view. Enjoy.
