When is the best time to meditate and for how long?

I prefer to meditate in the early afternoon as a refresher. But lately I have been doing it in the morning when I wake up.

In the evening or before I go bed to help me sleep I've only been doing it for 5-10mins so far but might try for a little longer

I generally find that evenings just before sleep are my best times for meditation and it sets me up for a good restful night

The best times for me are after my daily prayers… Where I take 5 to 20 min to reflect and meditate on either gratitude, abundance, self love, healing, connectivity or unconditional love expansion.
I also do a twin heart meditation every Friday for 40min.
