When do you study a book in your day?

Fabulous CoachBehavioral Science AssistantRecommended AnswerAI Summary

Finding the right time to study a book in your day can significantly enhance your learning experience. Consider incorporating reading into your morning routine, when your mind is fresh, or during a dedicated break in the afternoon. Alternatively, reading before bedtime can be a calming ritual to wind down your day. The key is to create a consistent reading habit that fits seamlessly into your daily schedule, helping you cultivate a meaningful ritual that supports your personal growth and goals.

This was suggested by my mathematics teacher. I like to read non academic books at my break times. Because this not only fulfill my need of entertainment but also is pretty beneficial if you’re a student. Suppose, I’m not feeling like to study AT ALL, in this case, I can’t push myself 'cause I know that even if I manage to sit on the chair, it would be challenging for me to turn on the focus mode. So instead of reading academic books which might make you feel overwhelmed, you can try non academy books of your interests. And then after a time of reading I feel like to actually study. In the other case you can actually spend time with books. Apart from this, books can be extremely helpful if you try to replace them with your scrollings on social media. I mean, what not can books give to one?!!
