When do you find is the best time for you to meditate? The morning can make you fall back asleep. The middle of the day can be too chaotic. Doing it at night can lead me to fall asleep.

Finding the best time to meditate varies for each individual. Morning meditation can set a positive tone for the day, but if you find yourself dozing off, consider a time when you feel more alert. Midday sessions can offer a refreshing break, while evening meditation can help unwind, even if it leads to sleep. Experiment with different times to see what aligns best with your energy levels and daily rhythm. The key is to create a consistent ritual that supports your mindfulness journey.

For one thing, I don’t think it’s a terribly bad thing to fall asleep while meditating at night. Make it the last thing in your evening routine and it can help you fall asleep at night. If you don’t want to do that, I would suggest just taking even one minute to meditate when you can. You can do this throughout the day so the minutes add up, or just meditate for one minute each day. Something I like to do is a little 3-minute meditation I made up. During the first minute, I focus on my breathing to calm and refocus myself. During the second minute, I notice my thoughts and emotions and let them pass without judgement. During the third minute, I start paying attention to the sensations around me to ground myself. I have felt a lot calmer during my day even just from three minutes of meditation every day. I hope this helped, you’re doing great and I love you! 💕
