When do you do your stretching? Do you have a fixed time or just as and when

Just personally, I prefer or try to at least stretch thrice a day. Honestly I didn’t think just stretching for a few minutes changed anything but I’ve gone to discover that most of my aches and pains have reduced solely because of the stretch. So all in all, I try to get a minimum of stretching thrice a day really.
