What’s the best 'to go' breakfast?
A great 'to go' breakfast should be nutritious, easy to prepare, and satisfying. Consider options like overnight oats topped with fruits and nuts, a smoothie packed with greens and protein, or whole-grain wraps filled with eggs and veggies. These choices provide lasting energy and support your healthy habits. Remember, starting your day with a balanced breakfast can set the tone for making mindful choices throughout the day.
Healthy/fast/cheap: EGGS ONLY from McDonald’s. Definitely skip the biscuit / mcmuffin, maybe skip the oatmeal & hash brown (healthier). Think pure protein. Of course, when you got more money and more time, you can also get eggs someplace where you could get other low-carb ingredients, such as mushrooms, spinach, onions, peppers, and or tomatoes. For example, one of my favorite combos to get at Waffle House, is 6 eggs (scrambled for me, although poached would be even healthier), with a side of cooked mushrooms, and a few slices of raw tomato on the side.
