I think all of the tips and suggestions on this Fabulous app in the sleep journey are helpful. For me, its helpful to have sufficient downtime before bed in the evening to think, reflect and practice meditation. Practicing relaxation makes you better able to relax and sleep. Go figure, right!?
I think the best tip(s) I can give is that you should go to bed at a reasonable time, put devices away 30 mins before sleep, and have some water before bed.
