My problem is not going to bed early, it’s falling asleep part that’s tricky for me. How do I do that?

Drink herbal tea,can eat pistachios 2hrs before bed as they are good for sleep
Lite streching exercise or yoga
Meditate 5 min
Read book or journal

Personally, what helps me is having comforting stuff such as my plushies and small blanket to hug (It doesnt matter your age, get comfortable !). I also like to listen to calming music, lately I’ve been listening to the OMORI OST: “Trees…” and it makes me sleepy and ready to go dream !
