Falling asleep can be challenging, but establishing a calming bedtime routine can help. Start by creating a consistent sleep schedule, going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. Incorporate relaxing activities before bed, such as reading, gentle stretching, or meditation. Limit screen time and caffeine intake in the evening, and ensure your sleep environment is comfortable and dark. Gradually, these rituals will signal your body that it’s time to wind down, making it easier to fall asleep.

Personally, what helps me is having comforting stuff such as my plushies and small blanket to hug (It doesnt matter your age, get comfortable !). I also like to listen to calming music, lately I’ve been listening to the OMORI OST: "Trees..." and it makes me sleepy and ready to go dream !
