I'm listening to chill playlist and have warm lighting for my bedroom. I really love cozy and chill vibes. It makes me calm.
I like to turn off all blue lights as light in all house and brush my teeth and wash my face with skincare creams, I do this every day and I sleep in 15-30 minutes
I review my agenda for the next day and adjust it, I turn on my diffuser and turn off the lights, then I try to stretch and meditate…. I clean my face also, and that's it. Somedays I can do it all, others just one or two things.. but it really helps to end the day in your head and really unwind.
