What’s the best time to go to sleep if you wake up at 5:40 every morning?

The very least amount of sleep you should get each night is 8 hours. If this is all you need then great! Go to sleep at 9:40pm! I know that for me personally, I need more like 9 hours of sleep to function properly during the day. If this is the case, go to bed at 8:40.
