The best part of meditating for me is refocusing my thoughts. I get overwhelmed by the number of things that I need to get done and end up missing what is important. By taking time to refocus, I can determine what is important and plan my day so that I am more productive and less stressed.
Being able to relieve stress & being in the moment. When the pressure is on, taking a few minutes to breath & relax before tackling your day helps to calm the mind and focus on your well being.
