Hi! The book that I’ve read so many times (like seriously!!) is Who Moved My Cheese? by Spencer Johnson. It’s a book about how to deal with change in your work or life (or both, who knows 🤷🏻‍♀️). I really encourage you to read it, as it has helped me A LOT to overcome my fears related to change in general.

Well, what I do is put my phone far away from my bed, so that when I wake up to the alarm, I have to get up. I also put my to do list near my phone so that I see what I have to do today and get to starting my day immediately. Sometimes, I even rehearse getting out of bed and moving as soon as the alarm rings before going to sleep. That way, I am not prone to do it when I wake up.
