I like to keep a routine every morning of Greek yogurt, granola (preferably strawberry with sustainably sourced palm oil) and a bit of honey on top.

Yogurt with a teaspoon of granola with side of fresh fruit (cup to half cup) such as blueberries or blackberries, I also like to add half cup of veggies, such as fresh sweet bell pepper (red, orange, or yellow) .
