Anyone have vegan breakfast ideas!? For me it’s either toast and PB or tofu scramble. :)

Why not try a really good rap recipe I have. So you take a tortilla rap or corn rap, you put pb, bananas and blueberries, close it and there you go

Cereal and almond or soy milk. Apples and peanut butter. Try adding banana slices on your pb and toast. Vegetable/fruit smoothie with nuts, chia seeds or other extras.

There's a ton of stuff… Oatmeal, tortilla with nut butter and fruit, banana with whole grain cereal, homemade granola, pumpkin muffin, or even leftovers. I've found the Forks Over Knives recipe an awesome place for ideas.

Homemade Hash browns, bananas, fruit smoothie made with almond milk or coconut milk, honey with avacado on toast, (haven't tried this yet) and any tea with some biscuits! Hope this helps! 🙂

I love smoothies, avocado toast, or this vegan southwest quesadilla recipe I made up. I use dairy free cheese, sautéed onions, beans, and rotel.

Kale, home made baked beans and toast. You can always sprinkle anything her by over it that you have or add a soft, vegan cheese.

– soya milk/almond milk + chia seeds + multi grain cereals (I also add hemp seeds sometimes)
– avocado toast with walnuts and honey (if you consider honey as vegan)
