What should I include in my breakfast to avoid feeling hungry in the middle of the day (around 11.30AM-12.30PM)?

Include a lot of protein. I would recommend frying 3 eggs + some cherry tomatoes, basil and feta cheese. Top this with some seeds (flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, etc.) Will keep you full for hours and it is very healthy.

This has been a very common issue with me, so I preferred having fruit salad every morning and some light breakfast like Kellogg's. I find it very effective for me. But this may vary from person to person depending on their health.. You should try to know what your body needs at the time.
