How do you keep yourself consistent?

First of all, try not to ever miss any habit for 2 days in a row. Secondly, set up visual cues that force you to do the said habit, for eg leaving the yoga mat on the floor of your bedroom which will remind you to stretch as soon as you wake up. Thirdly, if it's something that will take a lot more time then just say you'll do it for 5 minutes and then decided whether you really want to do it or not. More often than not, you will end up doing it. I know it might seem cliche, but try it and it still definitely work.

By setting a timetable in my mind.After I make sure that I have done everything in my timetable.. I become satisfied and resulting being consistent
