What’s been the most effective at energizing you for a morning work out? Any drinks, fruits, etc that work well to add a zing to my morning?

I enjoy eating apples, pineapples, and strawberries in the morning. Also I get up and clean up my space and begin my morning routine.

Personally the first thing I do when I wake up is drink water. Its a great energy booster and hydrates you after more than 7 hours without water. You can also do yoga or just fix your bed! Its totally up to you, I hope I helped with your question! Have a lovely day/night or evening!
