First of all, fast to lose weight is just a myth. Gradually, with determination, patience and consistency you can reach your goal. Develop your habbit of eating balance diet without quitting anything it's my suggestion. Just eat healthy , don't do hard exercises just simple warm up moves are best in starting phase, later do for some mature moves like jumping, mountain climb moves etc.
