Smashed avocado and poached egg is always my go to! And it is the best and gives you lots of energy. I usually do have a avacado and smash it up in a bow with a bit of black pepper and then put it on a piece of whole meal toast. I then crack a egg into a frying pan filled with hot water and black pepper. Then when the yolk has got a white coat on it is is ready and then place it onto the toast and avacado and a sprinkle of black pepper on top. There you have it. Only takes 7-10 mins tops. Enjoy!

i always drink breakfast essentials usually the one that has higher protein, it leaves me full but not stuffed and i sometimes have a hard time eating so that is perfect
