What is your take on coffee?

I don’t drink coffee. I’ve never liked the taste, so I’m a die-hard tea fan! I love the different varieties and flavors tea can have. Tea will be my life long drink (and obsession)!

Coffee, to me, is a treat that I have every once in a while. I prefer it in mochas and lattes and especially frappuccinos, but I only have it occasionally. When I was younger, I used to hate the taste of it but I’ve become more accustomed to it the older I’ve gotten. I tend to have it in the morning and very rarely drink it again during the day

I don't really like the taste of coffee, so I don't drink it often unless loaded with sugar like a frappe with whipped cream.

My take on coffee is that it definitely has to be in moderation. Also getting the right coffee can help a ton, Especially with people who are super active. There's different brands for people with a more active lifestyle, so choose wisely.

I think coffee is fine, especially when you add good things to it such as coconut oil and honey. However, I try to limit it to one cup a day so I don't feel like I need it to keep going throughout the day. This helped me rely on other methods for energy (short breaks, yoga, working out, breathing exercises, meditation, etc.)

As I wake up in morning. I used to have a glass of water from a copper jug. Then I take a cup of tea . Then I get out of the bed and brush teeth and then goes to bathroom. I try to use cold water in winters because it energise our brain and improves my immune system. Then I have a great breakfast approx 500 calories. I like north indian food. I commonly eat a small bowl of oatmeal, chapati with vegetable sabzi. Then I goes to study for 2-3 hours It got 12 o clock. Then I used to play brawl stars and clash royal in mobile. These are my favourite games.I eat leftover food in lunch. And at night I eat pulses with rice commonly. My breakfast is rich in vitamins and minerals. And my dinner is rich in protein and carbohydrates. After dinner in watch news in telivision. After I hour at 10:00 ,I brush my teeth and go to bed.

I rarely drink coffee, it like once in a month or less. Maybe if I have a headache or when I'm sleepy I might drink coffee. My coffee is usually milk and a small spoonful of water and coffee and 2 tsps of sugar

Well, coffee's not really my thing. I mean, I think a good cup of coffee can really boost your day, especially if you have some heavy work ahead of you. Coffee for me personally is something I take before a desperate all-nighter (or at a fancy cafe to show my friends I know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino). But I'd take tea over coffee any day! Coffee is a bit too overpowering for me- once I take a dip, all I can taste is coffee in mouth, and everything else I eat tastes like that. But tea isn't like that- it has a very calming effect on me, so it really helps me relax. You can't really function without having at least one steaming cup of hot milk chai with a moderate amount of sugar every day. My day literally depends on it, I get headaches if I miss my tea-time!
