Whats a good breakfast that’s low in calories and high in protein?

I would say the best one would be a shake in the morning. Protein powder, milk, oats, flaxseed meal, cocoa and honey provides your morning vitamins, nutrients and minerals for you to start the day the best way possible.

Eggs, I would say diary products because I mostly don't care about fats. But because we do, then beans and chicken meat.

Eggs poached in water with a little vinegar (helps keep them intact) and wilted spinach (sautee with a little vinegar and water) on light the bread toast, spread with low fat ricotta (similar calories to cottage cheese but doesn't taste disgusting). Add salt and pepper to taste – I like to use freshly cracked peppercorn medley and pink rock salt to make it a bit more interesting. If you're feeling extra you could lightly (key is lightly) dust with some cayenne, paprika or turmeric powder (or all 3 mixed togethether) for a bit of a kick. If you have calories to spare, some pan fried bacon (rested on paper towel or a cooling rack above a drip tray to remove liquid fat) is great too. Shortcut has the highest protein abd lowest fat content, but "pan size" or middle cut (small tail on the rather, not full length) tastes much better with only ~20% more calories.

There you have it, the Thomas Wills (CBR, Australia) uber breakfast, pay it forward friend 🙂

I would eat some eggs, because they are high in protein, along with some low-calorie bread (It will fill you up and will still be good for weight loss!). You can also spice it up a bit and add some vegetables or have a side of fruit.I hope this answered your question 🙂

Try 2-3 eggs, removing the yolks from 1-2 of them. Spray the pan with just a little bit of olive oil, just so that it doesn't stick to the pan. Use toilette paper to wipe of the extra oil, should be just like a drop or two.
And then you can side that with a bunch of salad and if you have trouble eating that without bread, try like those dry crackers with some sort of whole wheat. Or a toasted slice (just 1) of whole wheat toast.
Another option is some cottage cheese instead of the egg.
Oatmeal, fruits…

Oats & egg whites are high in fiber & protein & a very good option for breakfast. You can also add chia, flax & pumpkin seeds with oats.

Protein smoothie: 1 scoop protein powder + 1 cup frozen fruit (e.g. blueberries or bananas) + 1 cup unsweetened vanilla cashew milk + 1 blender. I like topping with a little dab of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
