What do you eat for breakfast that keeps you going and makes you feel good?

For me the ultimate breakfast that keepse me going for a long time without needing to snack soon after are eggs. 2 fried eggs with bread and depending on how am I feeling I add some cheese , tomato , cucumber and radish on the side or fermented cabbage.

Most of the time I prepare some granola by my self that consist of oatmeal and chia seed and some walnuts and currant and add a little honey and cinnamon with hot water .

But some days I start my day with boiled egg and tomato sandwich or cheese sandwich
