Im in a situation where i have to wake up early to catch the school bus so i just whip-up a protein shake, its a good and filling way to start your day 🙂 .

You could boil eggs on the weekend or the night before, peel them, and store them in the fridge. The main thing is to turn the preparation into a habit and you could really substitute eggs with anything.
