I have learned from experience that fibre and protein along with some carbs are the way to go. Of course you need some fats too. When I had all of the above I felt fuller for a longer time and also cravings did not kick in for much later. So I think a good breakfast can be a sandwich too if you add an (or two) egg some veggies and butter. I guess as long as all the components are there, whatever you buy it’s good to go. Personally I eat breakfast at home, I eat mostly rice some lengil soup and sometimes an egg or anything leftover. But I’m struggling to incorporate fibres in my diet. That’s all.
