What are the best things to buy for a healthy breakfast?
For a healthy breakfast, consider incorporating whole grains, lean proteins, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. Some great options include oatmeal topped with berries, Greek yogurt with nuts, or whole grain toast with avocado. These foods provide essential nutrients that fuel your body and mind, helping you establish a meaningful daily ritual. I have learned from experience that fibre and protein along with some carbs are the way to go. Of course you need some fats too. When I had all of the above I felt fuller for a longer time and also cravings did not kick in for much later. So I think a good breakfast can be a sandwich too if you add an (or two) egg some veggies and butter. I guess as long as all the components are there, whatever you buy it’s good to go. Personally I eat breakfast at home, I eat mostly rice some lengil soup and sometimes an egg or anything leftover. But I’m struggling to incorporate fibres in my diet. That’s all.
