my dietician said the same for me, and she recommends nuts; like cashews, walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds. basically the things that are mostly in abundance in granola bars or cereals.
spinach, legumes, beans and lentils work perfectly. you can get plant based meat or egg alternatives as well to get that protein in
Try adding these to some of your meals: -Beans/Lentils -Nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, Cashew, Etc.
