my dietician said the same for me, and she recommends nuts; like cashews, walnuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds. basically the things that are mostly in abundance in granola bars or cereals.

spinach, legumes, beans and lentils work perfectly. you can get plant based meat or egg alternatives as well to get that protein in

Try adding these to some of your meals:
-Beans/Lentils
-Nut Butter (Almond, Peanut, Cashew, Etc. If allergic, try Sunflower Butter!)
-Seeds (Chia, Flax, Etc.)
-Oats
-Tofu
These are only a few examples. If none of these appeal to you, try searching up more ideas on Pinterest! I hope this helps you and I hope you have a fabulous day!π

Nuts, beans, Greek yogurt, and oatmeal are all good sources of protein. Vegetables like spinach and kale are great sources too.

A lot: yogurt, salmon, peanuts, nuts, vegetables with a lot of proteins like spinach. Also I can use almond or a spoon of peanuts butter

I frequently use yogurt for my cereal and sprinkle nuts and seeds on top or stir in some peanut butter powder.
Some days I just eat a spoonful of nut butter or a handful of nuts.
My favorite treat is cream cheese

There is a lot of protein in whole grains, dairy products, nuts and seeds. You can for example try smoothies with kefir or also you can try greek yogurt with granola.

Try oatmeal with almond butter and fresh berries. Smoothies with chia seed or almond butter and frozen fruit. Non flavored Greek yogurt with fresh fruit (add chia seeds for extra protein). Non flavored Greek yogurt with almond butter and cinnamon makes a great dip for apples. Whole wheat toast with avocado and chia seed sprinkled on top. Whole wheat toast with avocado, hummus, baby tomatoes.

You can eat legumes, whole grains and dark leafy greens. Like a whole grain toast with hummus and some spinach on top and you can add boiled egg if you want. If you would love to have a sweet breakfast you can ad white beens or tofu to your morning smoothie (instead of protein powders). Actually a porridge with nuts and seeds can be also a great source of protein, aspecially when you use millet or quinoa instead of oats (oat can be a source of protein too, but it isn't as great as milett and quinoa).
