There is a lot of depending factors, but I would say, just eat less than night or wait longer until you eat then go to sleep, so in the mornings youβll be more hungry

There is no need to eat as soon as you wake up, fond the time when it feels right for you. Many people dont like eating first thing in the morning. My recommendation would be to just have prepared a delicious breakfast to take on the go so that if you are not home and u get the urge to have breakfast you can also enjoy it!
