How soon after getting out of bed should you eat breakfast?

I think most people Skip breakfast because of the lack of appetite (or they're running late 😂)
So i usually prefer to do my morning routine before heading to breakfast
Especially after a little stretch or workout.

I think the best time to have breakfast is within 2 hours of getting up. If you workout in the mornings, having a light breakfast is highly recommended. Som people eat breakfast after half an hour of getting up, so it is clearly up to yourself. Make sure you eat when you are hungry, don't eat when you aren't hungry (do not starve yourself either)
