Milk, cereals and one or two pieces of fruit. If Im on a rush I take at least two pieces of fruit which I eat on my way and when I arrive. If theres time, a tortilla with cherrys and eggs is full of protein and extremely filling!

One of my favorite recipes is a berry bowl. Basically you just throw a bunch of frozen berries into a blender, along with milk and yougurt, and then you blend it up to this smoothie, açaí bowl substance. Top it with berries or granola and it’s super healthy and super delicious! 🫐🍓🍦
