I can still eat a lot.when I’m stuffed is only when I can’t eat .i always reach for the fridge when I’m bored or watching something and then I snack or eat junk food.i have tried to combat this behaviour by eating frozen blueberries with honey but I still want more sometimes.It is quite a big problem for me
Watch some food/cooking videos to get hungry or eat your favorite food. As another option, add things to your meal that will make it more appetizing. For example, you can add a slice of melted cheese to your toast. Add berries to your yogurt. Add nuts or chocolate chips when making cookies.
