Do you have any tips about eating a good, healthy and filling breakfast on really busy days?

I usually prefer to eat rice with fried egg for a busy day. Fruits are an easy option for a grap and go. Bananas are my favorite in that list. Other than that, I even take last nights leftover as a morning meal which usually are a full meal. For now, I'm sticking to easy ones for habit development and trying my best to avoid skipping breakfast at any cost.
