I have a hard time with the smell and texture of eggs, which sucks because I know they're excellent protein. However! I've found that preparing eggs in specific ways makes them easier to eat – hard boiled or "toad in the hole" style – because the smell is manageable or covered and the texture is different enough I don't mind them.
I really don't know about it. It will cause anxiety issue for controlling the auxiety we have many things do. By spending time in reading, watching entertaining tv show and lot more.
i dont think eggs are bad for anxiety; it depends on whether you like eggs? eggs are a source of comfort food for me so they make me happy rather than anxious.
