What’s a good vegetarian/vegan breakfast to have that’s light, but high in protein?

I think the oatmeal on the water or on the oat milk, is the best choice. You can eat it with lots of things for example fruits. It is also simple to make and it takes only few minutes. And if you are bored and want to try something new you can make baked oatmeal (it is very good).

Use fruits, there are fruits contain protein such as avocado, guava, banana, jack fruit,…. To make it easier and enjoinable to eat, we can change the way we prepare the food, for instance, making avocado smoothie, baking banana cake,…
Or else having cereal and milk is also a good option.
