I find eating early in the morning quite challenging. What little thing can I eat to start my day?

You can eat a banana at the starting or if you don't like banana u can eat any fruit u like. Eating breakfast is very crucial for your health. It gives you the energy for your everyday life. And you will definitely notice a positive change in you after starting to eat breakfast. 😊

I personally also don't like to eat a lot early in the morning so I usually start by just slowly drinking a matcha latte and then about 1 hour later I'll either have some yoghurt with chia seeds and 1/2 banana or lately I've been having salad (lettuce, chickpeas, avocado, tomatoes, olive oil and lemon dressing)
