Oatmeal bars! Take 6 cups quick oats, two eggs, two teaspoons baking powder, 1 cup pure maple syrup, 2 teaspoons salt ,1/3 cup coconut oil, and 2 cups milk. Combine, put in a deep tray, and bake at 350 for 40 min. To make it tastier add chopped apples, cinnamon, apple sauce, peanut butter, pecans, raisins, flaxseeds, chia seeds, or whatever you like in oatmeal! Make it over the weekend and snack on them all week long!
