Bircher. I make a batch then portion up for workday breakfasts. To provide variety, I add a different fruit or nut topping each day. Sometimes a sprinkle of dark chocolate chips. It makes a good packed breakfast too, for the days I need to be out the door early.

A breakfast that has lots of protein (some eggs with low fat cheesse), some carbs (whole grain toast bread) and 30 mins later a fruit to wake me up and avoid the sugar rush. This is an advise from my honey. Usually I used to eat the fruit first, but now I eat it after the protein. At the end, like an hour later I drink a black coffee. Im colombian jeje🥰
