What would you consider a “great breakfast”?

Knowing that you have time to enjoy it, and maybe someone to share it with. I like fruit with my breakfast best like blueberries, and green tea is mandatory.

A combination of a protein, a vegetable, a complex carb, and an optional fruit or fat. Some of my favorites that are easy to add veggies into are quiche, omelets, breakfast taquitos or burritos, or scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, turkey sausage, avocado, spinach, and an english muffin. Some sweeter breakfast options are homemade oatmeal with nuts and fruit or cashew protein pancakes topped with fruit. A good side is a greek yogurt parfait! Homemade granola is easy to make.
Some good breakfast veggies are bell peppers, tomatoes, spinach, asparagus, broccoli, and spring mix lettuce.

A great breakfast can be defined in so many ways, but I define it as a clean, healthy, and delicious breakfast that has all the nutrients I need to start the day. That includes healthy carbohydrates, fats, and protein. I usually like to have my breakfast to have one fruit or vegetable because you have to have a lot of produce in your lifestyle if you want to live happy and healthy. I also like to get in some sort of protein so I can feel full and not feel snacky before lunch. In short, a great breakfast to me is something that is healthy and helps me to get through my day happily. I hope this helps you. Have a fabulous day!😄👋

In my view the great breakfast is "the one who gives you energy" and is typically easy for digestion. For instance, scrambled eggs with tip of spices will give you protein, which is vital for the cells in order to function properly, and also proteins are probably the best source of energy. Another examples for great breakfast are oatmeals, chia seeds, banana pancakes, toasted slice of bread with avocado or something which will surely brings you enough energy and will keep you awake. "The great breakfast" must be both beneficial for your body and something you like and feel excited to eat.

must have protein in it, my fav breakfast is simple yet delicious, healthy and won't let you get hungry
so you take 2 hard boiled eggs and mush them up, add a table spoon of mayonnaise, salt pepper. then you spread it on bread, toast, fitness bread, whatever you have right now, add some cucumbers fresh lettuce and absolutely anything you want to be in there and tadaaa
hope I helped u <3

Something that makes you feel energized throughout the whole day. I enjoy pancakes, I know they are not too healthy but they make me feel good. I also enjoy oatmeal with brown sugar, it makes me feel good and is healthy for you.
