What are your vegetarian/vegan healthy breakfast ideas (apart from porridge/overnight oats)!

I truly have no knowledge Of what’s actually considered vegan. But if I had to take a try- I would say, avocado toast (love it!) – protein smoothie bowl with fruit and granola – Sweet and Gold potato home fries with fried hard eggs and Turkey bacon (yum)- Sometime my other side kicks in and I want fried beans rice and eggs for breakfast lol!
Hope those are all actually vegan approved!

So I make this protein frosting. It’s plain Greek yogurt, vanilla protein powder, vanilla extract, sugar free vanilla pudding packet and any jam you like. You just mix it all together and put in the fridge overnight and enjoy! It tastes amazing

I am not vegan/vegetarian. I do limit my intake of dairy and meat . Carrots and celery used for dipping with peanut or other nut butters is a good option for morning.
